Instructor - certification prep (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Dallas, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
