Instructor - certification prep (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
