Instructor - certification prep (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Colorado Springs, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 532 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
