Instructor - certification prep (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
