Instructor - certification prep (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
