Instructor - certification prep (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Beacon Staffing Partners is a Cincinnati staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
