Instructor - certification prep (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
