Instructor - certification prep (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
