Instructor - certification prep (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Bright Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
