Instructor - certification prep (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Pike Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Buffalo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
