Silverline Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Buffalo region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention.
