Instructor - certification prep (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
