Instructor - certification prep (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Summit Medical is a Boston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
