Instructor - certification prep (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Fern Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
