Instructor - certification prep (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boston region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
