Instructor - certification prep (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Birmingham. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
