Instructor - certification prep (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Vista Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
