Instructor - certification prep (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen Birch Care Services Associates supports families and individuals in Baltimore with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
