Instructor - certification prep (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cobalt Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
