Instructor - certification prep (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
