Instructor - certification prep (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Ivory Care Services supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
