Instructor - certification prep (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
