Instructor - adult education (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is a Wichita company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
