Instructor - adult education (Wichita, KS)

Bright Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Wichita with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
