Instructor - adult education (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Pine Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Wichita, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
