Instructor - adult education (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Fox Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
