Instructor - adult education (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Virginia Beach, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
