Instructor - adult education (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tulsa. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
