Instructor - adult education (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
