Instructor - adult education (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Maple Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Toledo region, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
