Instructor - adult education (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Juniper Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
