Instructor - adult education (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
