Instructor - adult education (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Tampa with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 607 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
