Instructor - adult education (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
