Instructor - adult education (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around St. Louis. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
