Instructor - adult education (Spokane, WA)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Spokane with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
