Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Wilder Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Seattle, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 683 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials.
