Instructor - adult education (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
