Instructor - adult education (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
