Instructor - adult education (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
