Instructor - adult education (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in San Jose, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
