Instructor - adult education (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the San Diego region, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
