Instructor - adult education (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
