Instructor - adult education (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
