Instructor - adult education (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bright Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
