Clearpath Ridge Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
