Instructor - adult education (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Meridian Health runs clinics and patient services around Sacramento. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
