Foxglove Amber Staffing places workers with employers around Sacramento. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
