Instructor - adult education (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
