Instructor - adult education (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
